In 2008 EMIF will start with a completely new project. They have seen the importance of technology and innovations in the meetings industry and want to give proper attention to those companies. There will be a separate pavilion for innovations and a pavilion for association services. Both pavilions get extra marketing support.

Companies that exhibit in these pavilions can present a demo in the learnShops. A learnShop is an open theatre on the show floor where you can demonstrate your product for about 30min and depending on the amount of exhibitors, you can repeat your session 1 or 2 times. The learnShops will be promoted in all communication (entrance tickets, catalogue, advertising boards, website…). An extra opportunity for you to be in the spotlight!

The Meeting Support Institute will help EMIF developing this project and therefore gets benefits and an amazing discount for its members.

EMIF - the biggest gathering in the BENELUX for Meetings, Incentives, Communication, Technology and Business Travel – will be organised in Brussels, Belgium on 19 & 20 March 2008.

The market price for a space at EMIF is €1.920,- for 6m². Regular exhibitors have to order a minimum of 9m² space (= €2.880,-).  Therefore a great savings can be made by exhibiting at the Meeting Support Institute pavilion.
