Meeting / conference summary by puppets.. 

The performance consists of a satirical act, cut out specifically for the activity at hand. This can be a party, a congres, a company reunion, or … whatever might be the occasion. The Puppet Theatre is available in three languages (Dutch, French and English, occasionally mixed together). Essential is a good briefing about the event and the subjects through e-mail. If necessary, a personal meeting will be arranged prior to the show.

 

Since every show requires a specific preparation, the experience will be unique. This is the only way the Puppet act can evolve to an entirely integrated part of the event. Because of the nature of the act, improvisation is one of its main trumps. Quotes made by the speakers will be thoroughly examined by the puppet judges. Instant humour! Therefore, Armand considers his perfomances to be a sprint on the race track: fast and spectacular. No holding back!

 

On the 1st of april 1978, Armand started his career as a puppeteer. It sall began in a tiny pub in Hasselt, de Kleine Hal. At first as a member of the Art Academy Group "Cercle Hasseltois", later on he went solo as 'Theater Boelvaar', and now he performs as the 'Poppentribunaal'.
