Pascal  van den Noort, B ma (1950) CEO of Master Plan BV has vast experience in setting up (inter)national organizations (Dutch Aids Foundation, The Global Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS, Velo Mondial); initiates and participates in projects (Velo.Info, Spicycles, UTBI, LUTR/PLUME, NATCYP), organizes conferences (Velo Mondial Amsterdam 2000 / Cape Town 2006) and raises funds for events. He specializes in making sustainability information better available (www.susta-info.net) and  is partner in the set up of bicycle infrastructure development in a.o. Qatar. He is member of advisory bodies to the City of Amsterdam and the World Carfree Network.
