Pocket PCs (pocket digital assistants, PDA, handhelds) given of participants, generate challenging tasks to be performed by teams, check how the team progresses, transmit information on their performance instantly transfers all photo and audio materials to the headquarters.

Participants are totally involved into the process of such a game, demonstrating their strengths, not being distracted by guides and instructors. Terminals installed in the hall and at the check points, enable monitoring of complicated tasks fulfillment, comments on the team actions, running polls and voting. Control point at the “event headquarters”, allows to watch all the dynamics of the game, see teams progressing and even adjust their actions if necessary.

The "degree of interactivity" will leave nobody indifferent. No one stands by in this game: even the deepest skeptics get involved into and begin to participate actively. We know when the participants are starting to do which task, how much time it will take and andwhen they are going to finish. We can change the pace of the game, boosting or slowing it down, calling a meeting or giving the hint for the task. However, In more than 95% of our events there were no deviations required.

To Save

Even in an unknown city you don’t need to pay for a guide or instructor: PDAs will do their job. They allow the participants act independently and actively, being safe and totally enjoying the process. You neither need an army of animators: PDA is there to tell you what to do, to ask a question or to give a password at the right time. All the rest will be done by the participants themselves. You don’t need to overbook any paid resources –we plan the routes in a special way that teams come to each point at different time (guaranteed!) and any paid resource like a restaurant, a shooting range, a bus or a boat will serve as many people as possible, without queues and not being standing still.
