JACK PHILLIPS
As a world-renowned expert on accountability, Dr. Jack J. Phillips provides consulting services for major corporations, associations and governments throughout the world. He is also the author of 35 books about measurement and evaluation – and more than 150 articles.
His background in training and HR led Phillips to develop the ROI Methodology™ which provides bottom-line figures and accountability for all types of meetings, training, performance improvement, human resources, retention, and technology programs. Phillips has received numerous awards for his books and work.
Phillips has undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, physics, and mathematics from Southern Polytechnic State University and Oglethorpe University, a master’s degree in decision sciences from Georgia State University, and a Ph.D. in human resource management from the University of Alabama. |
