Maarten founded the Meeting Support Institute in 2006, a not for profit institute that educates, informs & motivates event organisers.
He is also the author of ‘Meeting Architecture’ which focuses on methodology and actions for improving the turnout of meetings and conferences through technology, learning, networking and motivation of participants.
Maarten’s talk is entitledTransformation to Event 2.0 and will cover the following topics:

Gail is one of Britain’s most successful international sportswomen of the modern era. With her partner Nathan Robertson, she is the current badminton World Mixed Doubles champion and Silver Olympic medallist from Athens.
She and Nathan are desperate to go one better and take gold in Beijing, despite the powerful presence of strong pairs from the host nation.
She made her England debut in 1995 at the age of 18 and has been a regular ever since. Bubbly, blonde and outspoken, Gail plans to retire after Beijing, gold or no gold, to concentrate on a career in the media and motivational speaking.
Along with Nathan Robertson, she is a Sparks charity Ambassador who regularly donates coaching sessions as charity auction prizes.
