The Meeting Support learning lab combines theory with practical demonstrations to facilitate an understanding of how “meeting content management” can help you to analyse and improve the key objectives for your meetings. Learn about a new tool to gain control of the meeting content and support the content owners in educating and motivating their audience. It will increase your impact at your meetings. After participating, you will be able to: introduce new and existing tools and technology and link those to the ROI methodology; explain how your meetings’ ROI will increase; communicate the importance of meetings to your procurement department.

The first 30 minutes are used to explain meeting support and the possibilities of the new concept. Than 6 demonstrations.

Groups around the tables discuss about the new concept and tools, building them into a future meeting of a participant.
